Kingdom TECK LLC is a tech agency helping individuals and businesses grow through AI automation, branding, marketing systems, consulting, and training. Our Services may include access to AI tools, automation dashboards, third-party integrations (such as OpenAI, and Stripe), and proprietary systems such as A.C.E. (AI Communications Engine) and the Everyday TECK Vault.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

4. Accounts and Access

You may be required to create an account to access some Services. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Payments and Fees

All purchases and subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Kingdom TECK LLC to charge the applicable fees. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable.

If a payment fails or a subscription is canceled, access to paid features may be suspended.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, logos, designs, and materials provided by Kingdom TECK LLC are the property of Kingdom TECK LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for business or personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without written consent.

7. AI and Automation Disclaimer

Our AI-powered tools, including A.C.E., use automation and machine learning to assist users. These systems provide suggestions and responses based on data patterns but do not replace professional advice. You acknowledge and agree that:

AI outputs are generated dynamically and may not always be accurate.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use.

We do not guarantee specific results from AI recommendations or automations.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our Services. This includes but is not limited to:

Uploading malicious code or data.

Using the Services for unlawful, defamatory, or harmful purposes.

Attempting to reverse-engineer or resell our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party tools such as Stripe, and OpenAI. We are not responsible for third-party terms or policies. You are encouraged to review their respective terms before connecting or using them.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingdom TECK LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the past six months.
